For camera issues, the most useful details are the date/time, what you were doing exactly, whether you use virtual camera tools and how you temporarily recover from it.
Known camera issues
Black cameras are more common on weaker devices, slower connections, wifi and older or limited GPU support. Please mention whether re-enabling only that one camera helps, or whether people disable all cameras and enable them again.
Pick the moment the issue happened as closely as you can. An estimate is still useful.
For black cameras, it often helps to toggle only that user's camera off and on again via the cross next to the name, instead of disabling all cameras entirely.
